Pinery Beach Engagement Session | Jessica and Phil
Orange tennis ball flopped onto the blue calm waters forming ripples. Bronson, Jessica and Phil’s black lab paddled a few yards before grabbing the ball. He swam back to shore heading back to the sand dunes, where Jessica and Phil cuddled amongst the tall Marram grass swaying in the wind. Jessica and Phil were shooting their engagement session. Bronson, with his wet fur now coated in sand, stood beside Phil. He wagged his tail, nudging the ball upwards. Jessica and Phil petted him on the head. Phil took the ball in Bronson’s mouth and tossed it back into the lake, starting Bronson’s favourite game all over again.
The beach sites at the Pinery in Grand Bend has been my favourite spot ever since Cidalia and Greg took me there for their engagement session last year. The lake is always blue, the ivory sand is packed so you don’t sink when you go for a stroll. And there’s not too many people around either. It’s just…peaceful.
Jessica and Phil hail in the beach town of Owen Sound so for their engagement session, I thought the Pinery would be the perfect location for them. The Pinery has two beach sites where dogs are allowed so they could bring their adorable dog Bronson along. We had a fun, relaxed time together and it was great getting to know them all.
Here are a few images from their Pinery beach engagement session.
