Grand Baccus Banquet Wedding | Joey and Avie

Capturing images that reflect people’s relationships with their families and friends is one of the main reasons I became a wedding photographer. Having to witness something so emotional brings me closer to my clients that at the end of the day, I almost consider them family. So when it came to photographing my cousin Joey’s wedding with Avie back in September,  I was more than honoured. You all met Joey and Avie when I posted a slideshow of their engagement session in Mississauga last summer. Joey and Avie had their wedding reception at the Grand Baccus Banquet and Conference Center in Scarborough.  It was great having to see my own family together in one place and actually get to photograph them. We’re a family of workaholics so having us all together never happen that often. One of the most memorable thing at the wedding reception was Joey’s surprise to his new wife.  My family has a good sense of humour so when it came to entertaining Avie and the rest of the guests, Joey went all out.
