Katelyn and Spencer | Elora Wedding Photographer

Katelyn and Spencer had been together since high school. At their wedding reception, Spencer revealed the first time he noticed Katelyn. Spencer were walking with his friends in town when they came across a group of girls walking the opposite direction as they did. One of the girls, Katelyn, was enthusiastically telling a story to her girlfriends. She finished her story as they crossed paths, and at that exact moment, she giggled uncontrollably. That’s when Spencer first saw Katelyn. He thought, she’s cute.

Katelyn and Spencer had their wedding ceremony outdoors at Victoria Park located in the charming town of Elora, Ontario. They chose to wed in September as the weather was typically mild around that time. On their wedding however, it felt more like summer with the temperature hovering around 28 C. But they didn’t complain. That was better than having rain instead.

Katelyn and Spencer kept the atmosphere casual. They had their family and friends surround them as they exchanged vows. As a wedding photographer, I get to observe people a lot and at Katelyn and Spencer’s wedding, I thought it was adorable how they couldn’t stop smiling when they locked eyes.  They had been waiting for this moment for a long time.
