Dundurn Castle and The Lakeview Wedding | Sam and James

It’s such an honour to be able to share with you images from Sam and James’ wedding at Dundurn Castle and The Lakeview by Carmen’s last summer.

When I first entered Sam’s parents’ house to start her coverage, I immediately took notice of Sam’s photographs at different ages that her parents, Tricia and Jeff, had displayed in the living room. I can honestly say that I’ve photographed lots of weddings before but that was the first time I’ve ever come across something like that. Her parents’ fondness of her photographs is just a testament to how proud they are of Sam. They’ve raised such an intelligent, independent, and beautiful daughter and they couldn’t be happier for to marry James.

James’ parents, Donna and Ray, are just as proud of him. They welcomed their guests with smiles into Dundurn Castle where Sam and James had their wedding ceremony. And at their reception at the Lakeview by Carmen’s in Hamilton, Ray mentioned how glad they were of James’ many accomplishments. He also recounted the story of when they first met Sam and how delighted they were for James to have finally met his equal. They are very happy for them both.
