Belwood Lake Conservation Wedding | Sara and Ayron
Sara and Ayron are two of the most adorable people I’ve ever met. I first introduced them on the blog when I shared some photos from their winter engagement session in Guelph awhile back. They are young, spontaneous, and very much in love. I couldn’t wait to photograph their Belwood Lake Conservation wedding after spending some time with them that day.
My coverage of their wedding started at Sara’s. Sara and her family hail in Victoria, BC so they had rented a house in Ontario for the wedding. The person that greeted us at the door was a young lady that looked very much like Sara except she had dark hair. And was much taller. Which confused me a little bit. She turned out to be Sara’s big little sister, Jeanette who had just arrived from South America doing volunteer work. She warmly welcomed us in and showed us in dining room where Sara was having her hair and makeup done. The artist was just finishing up Sara’s look. Red lips with birdcage veil and all. She looked stunning!
Sara decided to get dressed outside in the backyard that day as she felt that the house was a little cluttered. I was a little worried at first due to privacy issues. But with the help of her mom and sister, and lots of laughter, Sara got dressed very gracefully. After that, I’ve started to wish for all brides to have private backyards where they can get dressed outdoors as well.
One moment that was very memorable to me was her First Look with her Dad. When I looked back at the images I took, I could tell from his eyes how proud Sara’s dad was of her the first time he saw her as a bride. He could not stop smiling.
Sara’s First Look with Ayron at the barn was also as unforgettable. The way his faced beamed upon seeing her, the way she wrapped her arms around him in an embrace. Their kiss. It was like they had not seen each other for a long time. That’s how excited they were that moment. It was beautiful.
Here are a few moments from their wedding!
