Elm Hurst Inn | Maria and Zeph | Ingersoll Wedding Photography
Weddings are always an emotional event for the bride and groom and their families. For Maria and Zeph’s wedding at the Elm Hurst Inn, that is quite evident. You see, Maria is the youngest and the only daughter in her family. Looking around her parents home where she got ready, I couldn’t help but notice the numerous photos of her that hung in the wall. Her family is clearly proud of her. And as a wedding photographer, I just love capturing images that show these relationships for my clients.
Aside for the emotional moments that happened on their day, there were other things that made Maria and Zeph’s wedding memorable as well. Maria walked down the aisle to the tune of a Braveheart soundtrack. The music was played by Zeph’s father with his bagpipe. For their wedding reception, a friend of theirs performed the sabrage, a technique for opening a champagne bottle using a sword. A real sword, mind you. They also had a full swing band that got their guests really dancing later that night.
