Walper Hotel Wedding

Last winter, I had the pleasure of second shooting for Purple Door Photography at a Walper Hotel wedding in Kitchener. What I love about the Walper Hotel as a wedding venue is that their Crystal Ballroom has tall ceilings accompanied by grand windows that allow natural light making the room quite bright. It also has a French feel in its interior design which they decorated using  a warm colour of cream as their main motif.  The ballroom is still neutral enough for you to make your wedding vision come to life.

For a winter wedding in particular, they have cozy indoor spaces where you can have your couples portrait taken without having to brave the cold for a long span of time. I especially love the Rum Rummer Pub that they have downstairs.  In the right angle and light, you can create dramatic portraits there using their archways and brick walls. It’s pretty cool.

Here are a few of my favourites from that wedding!
