Windermere Manor Wedding | Angela and Ollie
I first introduced Angela and Ollie on the blog when I posted a few of their engagement session last year. They finally tied the knot at the Windermere Manor in London, Ontario in May of last year (I know, I’m sooo behind with blogging!) and it was a beautiful event enjoyed by many of their friends and families.
Angela and Ollie’s wedding was gorgeous. Their main inspiration were Spanish blue tiles, an homage to where the two of them first met. They incorporated a lot of personal details too like wedding photos of their families and handwritten place cards for each table. In fact, Wedding Bells Magazine chose to feature their wedding in their Spring/Summer 2014 issue which our now currently in stores. But what I really love about their wedding was how their families came together to help Angela and Ollie’s vision of their wedding come to life. For example, their families helped them decorate the grand room at the Windermere Manor the night before. Angela’s grandmother provided antique vases for their centerpieces. The groomsmen even filled each test tube with lavender tea leaves for their favours.
Ollie’s parents are from England so it was quite touching to see all of his immediate family, including his young nephews and nieces to attend his wedding. Even Ollie’s 90 yr old grandfather flew over the Atlantic because he didn’t want to miss his grandson’s wedding. Which to me is very endearing.
Here are a few photos from their Windermere Manor wedding!
