Bayfield Beach Engagement Session | Amy and Steve

Whenever I plan engagement sessions with my couples, I ask my couples a couple of questions:

1.) What do you like to do together for fun?

2.) Do you have a particular location in mind that is sentimental to both of you?

For Amy and Steve, both questions had been answered by one place — Bayfield, Ontario.

Amy’s family, the Millers, has a cottage in Bayfield where she basically spent her summers growing up with her grandparents. She knew everyone in their village, and everyone knew her family. It was a place where lots of happy memories were made.

Since Amy and Steve started dating, one of their favourite thing to do every summer was to drive up to Bayfield and spend time at the cottage. So for their engagement session, it only made sense that we shoot it there. And since Steve’s son, Zak, is part of their family, he had to be part of the session as well.
